The land was promoted through the Cheshire East Local Plan and received an Outline Consent for up to 150 dwellings. The site was subsequently sold on to a well-reputed local housebuilder and is now being built out.

Prebend Lane is a site covering approximately 46 acres and is located in Welton, a suburb of Lincolnshire.
The site extends to approximately 46 acres and is located in Welton, a suburb of Lincoln. A former joint venture company Beal Capricorn collaborated with Beal Developments to secure planning consent for circa 350 units. The site is now being developed by Beal Developments.
38 Upper Grosvenor Street, London
A standalone house was acquired by Capricorn Homes in a prime area of Mayfair in central London. A strategic planning gain consent was then secured to convert the house into six high-quality residential flats. All six units have subsequently been sold to new residents.
