WHO WE ARE

Previously at J.P. Morgan, Raoul has since gone on to establish and develop LandFirst. He was instrumental in securing planning permission for 150 units at our site at Padgbury Lane, Congleton.

Raoul is responsible for driving the overall growth strategy of LandFirst Investments, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.

Previously the Regional Managing Director of Bovis Homes Ltd, David brings over 40 years of experience to his role at LandFirst Investments. Whilst at Bovis, he was responsible for the acquisition of over £250m of land.

David is responsible for LandFirst’s acquisitions in the north of England, as well as providing wider strategic guidance to the company.

Lee was previously a partner at the nationally renowned Barton Willmore planning consultancy, which has been recently acquired by Stantec. He boasts over 30 years of experience and countless successful planning applications.

Lee is responsible for providing holistic planning advice on potential sites that are being assessed by LandFirst, as well as driving our overall search strategy into key regional areas.

With over 10 years of experience in Property and Customer Relations, Sara has extensive expertise in sales, marketing and investor relations.

Sara is responsible for sourcing new opportunities for LandFirst, as well as the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.

Richard was previously a Land Director at Taylor Wimpey, aiding them in building their strategic land bank. Prior to that, he worked at Redrow & Bovis homes and brings over 20 years of valuable experience to the table.

Richard is responsible for LandFirst’s acquisitions in the south of England, as well as ensuring that sites are promoted properly through the planning system.
